Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
At Willow Leaf Salon, I understand that life happens and sometimes plans change. Because each appointment time is reserved specifically for you, adequate notice is required for all cancellations and rescheduling requests. This helps protect my time and allows me the opportunity to offer the appointment to another client.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
* Cancellations or rescheduling requests made 48 hours or more before your scheduled appointment may be made at no charge.
* Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment will be charged 30% of the total scheduled service cost.
* Same-day cancellations or same-day requests to reschedule will be charged 100% of the total scheduled service cost.
* No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the total scheduled service cost.
Please keep in mind that moving an appointment to another day is considered a reschedule. The amount of notice required is based on your originally scheduled appointment time, not the new appointment date.
Rescheduling Limit
Clients may reschedule an appointment up to three (3) times. After the third reschedule, a rescheduling fee will be required before another appointment can be booked.
Any applicable cancellation or rescheduling fees must be paid before booking or attending a future appointment.
